This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21831 of 2021 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
