ORDER
The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in connection with the Crime No.847 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submits that the investigation was completed and the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' and a Final Report was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate and RCS notice, bearing number 112 of 2023, was also filed. However, the same is not served on the complainant. Therefore, let the RCS notice be served on the complainant within one week from today and it will be open for the complainant to take such steps in the manner known to law.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 01.07.2026 : no grs 2/4
