This petition is filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing above criminal revision petition.

2.The petitioner/husband filed a revision petition challenging the order passed by the V Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.477 of 2010 dated 27.02.2024, but with a delay of 39 days.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/wife opposed the same stating that the petitioner after the impugned order has not paid any amount and the petitioner may be directed to pay some amount to show his genuineness. He would submit that he has got fair chance of succeeding and he would convince the Court at the time of admission.

4.Considering the above, this Court is of the view that the respondent's interest can be considered at the time of admission.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
