C O M M O N O R D E R These contempt petitions have been filed for the alleged disobedience of the common order of this Court dated 23.01.2023, made in W.P.Nos.1397, 1400, 1411, 1413 and 1414 of 2023

Today when these contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by taking notice would contend that, the order of this Court has been complied with and after conducting enquiry, a detailed order has been passed by the respondent / District Collector on 18.08.2023 in Na.Ka.Aa7/995263/2023 and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the said order, dated 18.08.2023.

3. In view of the said compliance which has been recorded, I do not find any further action as required to further pursue these contempt petitions. Accordingly, these Contempt Petitions are closed. 23.08.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji 2/4
