Respondents Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 05.05.2009 and to pass orders on merits by considering the claim for retrospective promotion on par with the promotions of juniors and for the consequential revision of seniority, pay and other monetary benefits within a specified and reasonable period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances of the above.
