ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction directing the respondents to register a case in connection with the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.11.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent police as early as on 23.11.2015, but, however, the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and closure report has been served on 29.11.2015 and 05.12.2015.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum seeking appropriate relief, in case she receives RCS notice.
