Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from re-fixing the rate of the subsistence allowance so far paid and entitled to by the petitioner under the caption 'Dearness Allowance based upon full or 100% of the basic pay to 50% or 75% of the basic pay as that of or proportionate to the payment of subsistence allowance and consequently effecting recoveries with retrospective effect from 20.09.2005, the date of the petitioner's suspension.
