ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.440 of 2021 on the file of 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the respondent, an FIR in Crime No.440 of 2021 had been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 269 of IPC and Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897. After investigation, the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 15.05.2022.
