This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend petition and order dated 20.11.2023 passed by this court in the above petition amending the trial court judge as Principal District Judge, Coimbatore instead of Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Tr.C.M.P.No.796 of 2023, dated 20.11.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
