ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner seeks to challenge the proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 16.8.2016, in and by which he has been directed to remove his belongings on or before 23.8.2016, failing which the authorities would be removing the same on 26.8.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Alleging encroachment in Survey Nos.100 and 101 of Uttukuli Taluk being a State Highways road abutting Tiruppur and Vijaya Mangalam Road, the impugned proceedings have been issued to the petitioner to remove all his belongings on or before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
23.8.2016. Prima facie, the petitioner has approached this Court after the said period got expired. Be that as it may, if the belongings have not been already removed, the same may be removed in the presence of the petitioner after getting the encroachment confirmed. If need be, the authorities shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
