This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11178 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14197 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022, passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court viz., Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpet, Chengalpet District on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11178 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14197 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court viz., Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpet, Chengalpet District on all hearing dates without fail.
