ORDER

The contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondents in complying with the order of this Court in W.P.No. 4422 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 10.02.2025 in W.P.No.4422 of 2025, had directed the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and orders have been passed by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AA3/2301/2025 dated 29.07.2025.

4. This Court by its order dated 24.07.2025 in Cont.P.No.2342 of 2/4

2025, had directed the second respondent to be present before this Court on 05.08.2025, only if the orders of this Court in W.P.No.4422 of 2025, has not been complied by then. However, though the orders of this Court has been complied with, Mr.Vimalnathan, Joint Commissioner of Labour-I, the second respondent is present before the Court today. His presence is dispensed with.

5. Since the orders of this Court in W.P.No. 4422 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025 has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed. 05.08.2025 Index : Yes / No ds To:
