When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law, if any coercive step taken by the 2nd and 3rd respondents against the petitioner in the future. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
