When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the subject property was surveyed on 07.03.2025 and the petitioner was also signed in the Survey Report as a token of his presence at the time of survey. The copy of the survey report has also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the survey report filed by the 1st respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 10.09.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No dm 2/3
