ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader filed the letter dated 20.08.2025 of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government and also the proceedings dated 21.08.2025.

2. It is clear from the above that the Government has already given concurrence and it is brought to the notice of this Court that the amount due towards land value was also paid by the petitioner yesterday (21.08.2025).
