Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2021 followed by the reminder dated 24.07.2021 for obtaining the endorsement of the second respondent in the petitioner's counter sign application dated 23.11.2011 as recommended by the Karnataka Government, vide letter dated 10.08.2012 for inclusion of the fifth and sixth additional singles in the Interstate Agreement for the route Balathotanapalli to Bangalore via Denkanikotai and Hosur, in the proposed fourth supplemental Interstate Agreement with respect of the petitioner's vehicle No.TN 70 AD 7819 forthwith.
