ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 174 Cr.P.C, 201 IPC @ 201, 306 IPC, in Crime No.259 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of the deceased and petitioner is the sister of the deceased. It is alleged that the defacto complainant performed intercaste marriage with the deceased. It is further alleged that the deceased committed suicide by hanging himself on 17.09.2021 and the petitioner along with other family members cremated the body of the deceased without informing the defacto complainant. Based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the case was registered against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that A1 and A2 already arrested and further investigation is pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering that the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 19/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
