PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detentin order in Rc.No.139/2024/M6- D.O.No.31/2024 dated 03.07.2024, passed by the 2nd Respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Jeevan Kumar, S/o.Nagaraj, aged about 45 years the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
