Crl.M.P.No.12753 of 2021 Crl.M.P.No.12753 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17545 of 2021 M.NIRMAL KUMAR.,J Since the learned counsel for the petitioner wrongly mentioned the name of the satisfaction Court as the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Kallakurichi instead of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Villupuram, the petitioner is unable to comply with the order of this Court dated 27.09.2021.

2. To rectify the name of the satisfaction Court, Crl.M.P.No.12753 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17545 of 2021 is filed and the same is ordered today.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court for SC/ST Act) at Villupuram on or before 27.12.2021 and on such surrender, Principal District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court for SC/ST Act) at Villupuram, shall deal with the matter on the same day on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the victims under Section 15-A

(3) of the SC/ST Act.
