This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned charge memo issued by the third respondent,in Na.Ka.No.7004/2011/A1 dated 07.06.2011, quash the same and direct the respondents to superannuate the petitioner from service and settle his retirement benefits within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the enquiry was already over, it would suffice if a direction is given to the third respondent to pass final orders, within a stipulated period.
4. In view of the submissions , the third respondent is directed to pass final orders on the enquiry conducted , within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the prayer sought for by the petitioner depends upon the outcome of final orders to be passed by the respondents in the departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner.
