The 1st respondent viz., then Secretary to Government, School Education Department has filed an affidavit stating that the order made in the writ appeal has been complied with and the petitioner herein has been paid the arrears based on the difference between the salary payable to him as a Lab Assistant and the salary paid to him as a Record Clerk. The proceedings has also been placed before us.
