This matter has been posted today at the instance of the respondent under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2.It is submitted by Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned Senior Panel Counsel that he was not the concerned counsel for the respondent.

3.Upon enquiry, the learned counsel for the petitioner came to know that Ms.Yasmeen Ali, learned counsel is appearing for the respondent.

Therefore, they requested for changing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent from Mr.S.R.Sundar, Senior Panel Counsel to Ms.Yasmeen Ali, as learned counsel for the respondent in the order passed in W.P.Nos.29803 and 29804 of 2016 dated 29.08.2016.

4.Accordingly, Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.S.R.Sundar, Senior Panel Counsel incorporate the learned counsel for the respondent as Ms.Yasmeen Ali.
