This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioner as respondent No.2 in the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent have no objection in ordering the above impleading petition.

4. Further, this petition has been filed with a view to implead the defacto complainant as one of the respondents. Here her submission is also necessary for better appreciation. Hence, in view of the above, this petition is allowed.
