This petition has been filed for extension of time to furnish sureties as per the order dated 28.06.2024 passed in Crl.OP.No.14249 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that since the matter has been pending before the Mediation Centre, Arakkonam the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties in time, this Court is inclined to extend the time to execute the sureties.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further time is extended for one month from today to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14249 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024.
