ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be exercising the alternative statutory appellate remedy aggrieved by 1/3

the impugned order. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to file Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
