ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Rohith Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3.

2. We do not find how the petitioner is affected. The petitioner resides at a different place, as per the cause title, than the alleged encroached land. We also do not find any record of encroachment.

3. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, submits that if in S.No.18/2 at Thuranchipuram Union, which is classified as stream, there is encroachment, then steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
