ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta by sub-division and Patta Name Tranfer pertaining to Punjai Survey No. 107 / 3A measuring 0.92.00 Arce, bearing Joint Patta No.306 and Punjai Survey No.107/3B 1-10.00 Arce, bearing Joint Patta No.230, situated at Suthamalai Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within the sub-Registrar office at Manalurpet, the Registration District of Villupuram on the bass of the petitioners sub-division and Patta Name Transfer application dated 06.11.2021.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.11.2021 with a request for issuance of seperate patta by division and patta name transfer to the respondents, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for issuance of seperate patta by division and patta name transfer pertaining to 2/4

Punjai Survey No. 107 / 3A measuring 0.92.00 Arce, bearing Joint Patta No.306 and Punjai Survey No.107/3B 1-10.00 Arce, bearing Joint Patta No. 230, situated at Suthamalai Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
