This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1608 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22785 of 2021 dated 14.02.2022, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police on first of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1608 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22785 of 2021 dated 14.02.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two months starting from first of October.
