This petition has been filed to transpose the petitioner/respondent as appellant to file grounds of appeal against the order of acquittal in STC No.190 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VIII, Salem by Judgement dated 29.06.2012 and accept the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal.
