ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment passed by the XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Allikulam, Chennai -3, in S.C.No.215/2021 dated 16.06.2025 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.
