Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from any manner fill up the vacant B.T. Assistant Science post in Panchayat Union Middle School, Pallipatti, Senthamangalam Union. For Petitioner :Mr.S.Muthukumar For Respondents :Mr.K.Karthikeyan, Government Advocate.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from any manner filling up the vacant post of B.T. Assistant Science in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Pallipatti, Senthamangalam Union. However, the said post has already been filled up by the authorities. Thus, the cause aroused for filing of the writ petition became infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
