ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent and quash the impugned order dated 04.06.2024 in Na.Ka. No. 41208/N1/2016 and consequently directing the respondent to return the Sale Deed dated 26.11.2024 (Doc No.12231 / 2014) to the petitioner. 2.As against the order passed by the respondent under Section 47A(5) of the Indian Stamp Act, a statutory appeal is provided before this Court under Section 47A(10) of the Act. Without exhausting this remedy, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed and the Registry is directed to return back the original impugned order dated 04.06.2024 to the learned counsel for the petitioner in order to enable the
