Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass on order relax the conditions the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioners in bail petition in Crl.OP.No.19517 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SIVANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19517 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
