2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants. Service has been completed on the respondents.

However, the respondents have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 5 days in filing Rev.Appl.Sr.No.77559 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Regisry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
