The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to take action against the 1st respondent for operating his vehicle bearing Registration no.TN28 AY 2880 plying on the route Erode-Karur (Via) Pallipalayam Veppadai, Anagur, Tiruchencode and Velur from departing at 5.05 A.M from Tiruchencode towards Velur.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2023, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the first respondent on the 2/4

complaint lodged by the petitioner and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
