Orchestra during the above said Aadi Kadavelli Thiruvizha situated at Arulmighu Sri Sivagami Seethalamman Temple situated at Ayuthakalam North Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 02.08.2023 passed by the respondent rejecting the representation of the petitioner seeking permission to conduct cultural program.

2. Heard Mr.K.Perumalswamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the decision taken by the respondent police.
