Level) at Poonamallee, Chennai-56, in 311 Cr.P.C. petition in Crl.M.P.No.4193/2016 in STC No.49/2014 and (b) allow the 311 Crl.P.C. petition filed by the Petitioner/Accused in Crl.M.P.No.4193/2016 in STC 49/2014 (on the file of the Fast Track Judge Number-2 (Judl. Mag. Level) at Poonamallee, Chennai56) and permit the petitioner/Accused to Cross Examine the P.W.1 in further with regard to new material documents produced by the respondent/complainant on 17.10.16 i.e. Ex.P.7 and Ex.P.8 and other connected materials facts.

2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in STC.No.49 of 2014 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the accused co-operates with the Trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
