ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose off the petitioner's representation relating to the claim of the insurance money under the LIC policy No.709848060, on the death https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the his daughter.

2.Even on a bare perusal of the prayer, it reveals that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution as it relates to the facts which have not been admitted. Such being the case, entertaining the petition under Article 226 is not permissible. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedies before the competent Civil Court.
