O R D E R
The petitioner herein filed an original petition vide O.P.No.4510 of 2016 on the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai for a declaration declaring the marriage solemnized between the parties as null and void. After negotiation, both parties arrived at a settlement out of Court and filed a Memo of Compromise dated 30.07.2020 duly signed by both of them and their signatures duly attested by the respective counsel.

It is agreed between the parties that as per the compromise memo, a decree be passed declaring the marriage solemnized at Ubhaya Vedantha Pravarthana Sabha, 10th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bangalore on 27.11.2015 and registered before the Marriage Registrar on 22.01.2016 in Serial No.23 of 2016 at the Office of Sub-Registrar, Velachery, Chennai as null and void.
3. The Memo of Compromise dated 31.07.2020 filed before this Court on 03.08.2020 reads as under:

MEMO OF COMPROMISE It is submitted that after mutual discussion between the parties a compromise has been arrived.
It is submitted that the petitioner came to know the respondent through a matrimonial website. The said marriage was an arranged marriage which took place on 27.11.2015 at Ubhaya Vedantha Pravarthana Sabha, 10th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, as per Hindu rites and customs and the same was registered before the Marriage Registrar, on 22.01.2016 in Serial No.23 of 2016 in Sub Registrar Office at Velachery. The marriage is non-consummated, thereafter they got separated. Hence it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo of compromise and pass a decree of nullity for the above marriage dated 27.11.2015 at Ubhaya Vedantha Pravarthana Sabha, 10th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru which was registered before the Marriage Registrar, on 22.01.2016 in Serial No.23 of 2016 in Sub Registrar Office at Velachery and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of this case and thus render justice.

4. The Memo of Compromise is recorded. Accordingly O.P.No.4510 of 2016, pending on the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and decreed in terms of compromise. The Memo of Compromise is taken on file and shall form part of the decree.
5. The Registry is directed to issue a decree in terms of Compromise to the parties.
Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 06.08.2020 bri To The IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.
