This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to substitute the petitioners herein, namely (1) Smt. M.Jayanthi, wife of late V.N.Munuswamy and (2) Smt. S.Pradeepa, Daughter of late V.N.Munuswamy, as petitioners in WP.No.21575 of 2021 in the place of deceased petitioner V.N.Munuswamy.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27-02-2026 (2/2) dh Note: Registry is directed to carry out suitable amendment in the main writ petition.
