Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. 1/4

2.This Court vide order dated 14.09.2023 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.133 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, vide letter dated 04.06.2025 requested further three months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 14.09.2023.

4. Taking into consideration of the above request, three months time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 14.09.2023. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.133 of 2013 and dispose of the case within a period of three months from today.

5. It is made clear that no further time will be granted to complete the proceedings and if any plea for extension of time by the trial Court will be viewed seriously.

6. Both the parties and their respective counsel are directed to co-operate for early disposal of the case.
