This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for compliance of the order dated 05.07.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 9658 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1159 of 2024.

2.This Court, on 05.07.2024, passed a conditional order directing the petitioner to deposit 30% of the cheque amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.1231 of 2009 before the trial Court within a period of two weeks. The petitioner not complied with the aforesaid condition within the stipulated time. Therefore, the petitioner filed the above miscellaneous petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks two weeks time to deposit the amount. It is made clear that, if the petitioner fails to comply with the order dated 05.07.2024 and produce the proof on or before 03.09.2024 this petition will stand https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
