This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff seeking leave to institute the suit against the 1st and 2nd respondents / defendants.

2. The suit has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff for declaration to declare that the Notice dated 21.07.2023 issued by the 3rd defendant calling for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 12.08.2023 at 11.00 a.m. at the Park Hotels, 601, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 006 as null and void along with the relief of permanent injunction.

3. According to the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff, the suit has been filed for declaration against the defendants. Even though the cause of action is well within the jurisdiction of this Court, the defendants 1 and 2 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, this leave application is filed.
