This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to transfer the investigation concerned in Crime No.133 of 2022 on the file of Inspector of Police, T-7 Tank Factory Police Station, to other CBI investigation agency to conduct a free and fair investigation.

2. The petitioner is one of the accused in Crime No.133 of 2022. The petitioner has no say in the investigation done by the Investigating Agency. The accused cannot choose the Investigating Agency to investigate the crime in which the petitioner involved. Therefore, the direction sought in this petition cannot be granted.
