This Court, by an order dated 28.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6191 of 2023, suspended the sentence by granting bail to the petitioner on conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner has to pay the 20% of the fine amount i.e. Rs.10,50,000/-(Rupees ten lakhs fifty thousand only), which the petitioner should pay within a period of one month from the date of his release and that has been complied with by the petitioner on 01.06.2023. A copy of the receipt has been produced before this Court and the same has been scanned and reproduced hereunder:
2. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition seeking extension of time to pay back the entire balance amount of Rs.42,00,000/-. The 1/4
petitioner undertook to pay the total amount of Rs.42,00,000/- and the total amount of Rs.52,50,000/- has to be distributed to the depositors.
3. Today, the petitioner to show his bonafide towards settling the entire issue produced the receipt for payment of Rs.21,00,000/- before the trial Court on 30.10.2023. The same is scanned and reproduced hereunder:
4. According to the learned Senior Counsel, the petitioner so far paid Rs.31,50,000/- in total as on today. The balance amount of Rs.21,00,000/-, he undertakes to pay on or before 30.11.2023.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, confirms that the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.10,50,000/- on 01.06.2023 and Rs.21,00,000/- on 30.10.2023 and submits that the petitioner has to pay the balance amount of Rs.21,00,000/-. Once the petitioner paid the entire amount, appropriate steps would be taken to pay back the amount to the depositors.

6. Considering the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the balance amount of Rs.21,00,000/- would be paid on or before 30.11.2023, post this case on 04.12.2023 for reporting payment of the balance amount of Rs.21,00,000/-.
7. Interim bail already granted to the petitioner is extended till then (04.12.2023).
8. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered in the above terms.
9. The Registry to make ready typed set for final hearing of the appeal.
