These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 29.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.10163, 10168, 10171 & 10173 of 2022. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that aggrieved by the order dated 29.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.10163, 10168, 10171 & 10173 of 2022, the respondent filed writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.2978 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court admitted the writ appeal and granted interim stay.
