Respondent Prayer:- Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.186 of 2016 dated 25.01.2016 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, directing the petitioner/4th Accused herein to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- into the Court (Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri) as to waive the deposit of amount. This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.186 of 2016, dated 25.01.2016 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail, he was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.19 of 2016. He further submitted that the other accused were enlarged on anticipatory bail without any condition but the petitioner, who was arrayed as Accused No.4 alone has been directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- into the Court (Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri). Therefore, he prays for modification to that extent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the vehicle has been set fire, but he fairly conceded that the vehicle is of the year 2011. However, he prayed for dismissal of the petition.
4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in the order dated 25.01.2016, instead of depositing Rs.50,000/-, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- into the Court (Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri) to the credit of Crime No.19 of 2016.
