O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant an extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.2702 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner was directed to sign before the respondent police, weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a,m until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner was ill health and further Covid-19 pandemic situation, he was unable to comply the conditions. Hence, he sought for extension of time for the above said condition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the time is granted to the petitioner for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2702 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain intact.
