The above petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the affidavit and consequently issue necessary amendment to the survey No.265 instead of 256 of Ottarpalayam village in the preamble portion of the order of this Honble Court dated 23.01.2025 in WP No.1387 of 2025.
