Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent bank relating to the impugned notices dated 15.4.2021, 07.5.2021 and 11.5.2021 issued by the respondent bank under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and consequential possession notice published on 27.10.2021 in English daily 'the New Indian Express' also in Tamil Daily 'Dinamani' and quash the same as illegal.
